What keeps kids – and their parents – excited about our Child Development Center? The Blakely family share their story.
With us being first time parents and working full time, we were nervous to have our daughter at daycare, but knew it was inevitable and best for our family. After our tour of St. Joe’s Child Development Center, we both left feeling relieved to have found an amazing daycare, and reassured about the childcare experience our little girl would have. We were so excited to get the call a few weeks later informing us that St. Joe’s had room for our daughter, Kassie, starting in August 2022.
April Manning was open, honest, and communicative during our initial tour and onboarding experience. April and her team provided us with all the information and material we needed so that we were comfortable and well prepared for Kassie’s first day. What sets St. Joe’s apart is their caring and hard-working staff – everyone is friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Ms. Frances and Ms. Gabbie truly cares for Kassie as their own and they have an abundance of patience. In addition to the people, the facility is extremely nice and clean and has a very nice security system too!
Ms. Frances, Ms. Gabbie, and the entire team who care for Kassie do a great job of keeping us informed about Kassie’s daily routine through the Brightwell mobile app, which gives us an extra level of confidence that Kassie is being well-taken care of throughout the day. Conversations with her teachers and reviewing her daily schedule via the app have made weekends easier for us. St. Joe’s has exceeded our expectations, and we would encourage working families to look to St. Joe’s for their childcare needs.
