Lisa has been involved with St. Joseph Children’s Home since 1996 when she was a former foster parent and fostered a sibling group of two that eventually went to a relative placement. In 2006, she joined the St. Joe’s foster care team as a case manager. Lisa has held many positions at SJCH but all have been involved with foster care and finding children their forever homes. Her current role involves recruiting foster parents and guiding them through the process which includes training and ongoing support. “My heart has always been at St Joe’s. It is a part of who I am.” In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and grandkids as well as gardening and tending to her chickens on the farm.
