Lee Anne describes herself as an extrovert who thrives on helping people use their talents for the betterment of the community. “I want to know what they are looking to be part of, and I want to find that opportunity for them. This job is an outlet for that,” she says. Prior to St. Joe’s, Lee Anne was the senior manager of volunteer engagement outreach. She managed their annual campaign, worked with donors, volunteers, and events.
Lee Anne oversaw a program that provides feminine hygiene products to women and girls in the community. She is the board chair of an international nonprofit organization that provides leadership development and one to one friendship for people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. Lee Anne has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Louisville and taught special education preschool for seven years.
