Every child deserves safety and love. If you or someone you know suspects abuse, report it here.

Healing starts here.

Keeping families together plays an important role in the work we do. When family conflict arises, our team of licensed therapists can intercede before the situation escalates. Our therapy services are designed to help the individual gain the knowledge, skills, and support necessary to manage mental health disorders. Therapy will be provided at a level of intensity and frequency based on the individualized plan of care and the results of comprehensive assessment measures.

Does my child need these services?

Changes in your child’s behavior such as mood swings, loss of friendships, self-harm, and changes in eating habits are warning signs you’ll want to watch for. With guidance from our therapists, your child will learn how to cultivate and sustain positive, meaningful relationships with peers, family members, and the community while also developing self-efficacy.

How we help

Our therapists are certified in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices including: Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Nurturing Parenting Program and other approaches.

MENTAL HEALTH TIPS

3 Ways to Calm Behavior

Weighted lap pads, weighted blankets, and weighted stuffed animals can help calm your child’s body and mind.

Be mindful of gestures, facial expressions, movements and tone of voice. Be neutral and it can go a long way.

Be aware of your personal space and proximity when interacting with your child. Personal space shows respect and tends to decrease anxiety.
