Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 167th St. Joe’s Picnic for the Kids!
The Picnic relies on thousands of volunteers annually. We are so thankful for the support from AMAZING volunteers like you! Booth volunteering is a great way to get your business or company involved in the community.
We have so many volunteer opportunities available for individuals and groups of all ages and sizes during the Picnic on August 12th and 13th, as well as set-up and break-down the in the weeks before and after Picnic.

What is Volunteer Sponsorship?
Volunteer Sponsors provide the people power in each booth! Volunteer Sponsors are recognized as VOLUNTEER SPONSOR on the booth, and encouraged to decorate their booth!!!
How many people are needed to “power” a booth?
It can vary by booth size, but the average number of people needed for a SMALL PRIZE booth is 21 people – 7 people per 4.5 hour overlapping “shift.”
Is it possible to be a Booth Sponsor AND a Volunteer Sponsor?
ABSOLUTELY! We have several booths that already do just that! You will be recognized as BOTH on your booth. “We would like to try to fundraise to be a Booth Sponsor, but we’re not sure how to get started?” Connect with us and we’ll help you get started.
